  • FLOW 1

    Embody the spirit of vinyasa yoga with breath-synchronized movement. FLOW 1 begins with a warm-up through Sun Salutations and progresses through sequences that build strength and flexibility. Proper alignment and safety are paramount. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. FLOW 1 is a 60 minute class.

  • FLOW 2

    A vibrant vinyasa experience, guiding students through sustainable sequencing, challenging flow movement, and a peak experience. FLOW 2 offers more challenging variations based on the fundamentals of FLOW 1. Teachers bring their own creative element to sequencing while maintaining a consistent structure. Room is set to 95° and 40% humidity. FLOW 2 is a 60 minute class. FLOW 2 75 is a 75 minute class.

  • FIT

    The most challenging, balanced, full body 45 minute HIIT workout. FIT delivers an active full body warm-up followed by resistance training, body weight, and cardio. This vibrant, high-intensity class is taught to the beat of the music, and ends with gentle stretching and a light cool down. Room is set to 85° and 30% humidity. FIT 60 is a 60 minute class.

  • FIT 30

    Tried FIT and didn’t feel like it was the right fit at the time? Come explore your strength with FIT 30! We move through set sequences that strip down the FIT practice to the bare essentials. With one cardio song that fully omits jumping, a dedicated push-up demo, and more time for adjustments, this class is an excellent place to start or deepen your FIT practice. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. 30 minutes.

  • HOT

    Discipline your mind and body for a detoxifying release to nourish your entire being. HOT is designed to build strength, create balance, and support flexibility. Enjoy breathing exercises, a standing series, and a floor series. Class ends with a cool lavender eye towel. A mat towel is required. Room is set to 105° and 60% humidity. HOT is a 60 minute class. HOT 45 is a 45 minute class with a greater emphasis on floor series stretching.

  • HOT FLOW Fusion

    HOT FLOW Fusion adds on to the HOT sequence, fusing it with accessible flow portions and additional hip openers. This is an excellent opportunity to experience flow and to practice the poses of HOT in a less heated environment. Room is set to 98° and 45% humidity. HOT FLOW Fusion is a 75 minute class.

  • SWEAT, HEAT & BEATZ.

    Sweat, Heat, and Beatz is a FLOW 2 style class with less cueing and louder tunes. Students are encouraged to practice at their own skill level: level up with more challenging poses or kick back and modify. Room is set to 95° and 40% humidity. Sweat, Heat, & Beatz is a 60 minute class.

  • YIN

    Support the lunar side of your practice to unwind the stress of your day. YIN improves joint mobility and flexibility by applying moderate stress to connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, and fascia). Each posture is held passively for 2-5 minutes. YIN is suitable for all levels. Room is dimly lit and soft music is played. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. YIN is a 60 minute class. YIN 45 is a 45 minute class.

  • BASICS

    BASICS focuses on 4 types of movements regularly used in all styles of yoga: forward folds, back bends, hip openers, and twists. This class is for those new to yoga, those who found FLOW 1 too challenging, and advanced practitioners looking to brush up on basics. Expect to learn how to integrate studio props into your practice to better align your postures for a sustainable practice. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. BASICS is a 60 minute class.

  • WIM HOF

    Wim Hof will help you optimize your health and increase vitality. You will learn the breath work that The Iceman used to climb Mount Everest in just shorts, control his immune system against a powerful endotoxin, and many other feats. Boost your immune system, lower inflammation and deal with stress and anxiety by going deep, both into your subconscious mind and your physical body. Wim Hof is not a suitable practice for anyone pregnant or who may think they are pregnant, nor for children under 16. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. Wim Hof is a 30 minute class.

  • NIDRA

    NIDRA is a guided meditation designed to bring you into yogic sleep, a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. This state relaxes both your body and brain, much like daydreaming. You are encouraged to find a reclined position, such as savasana, to remain in relative stillness. Props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters are offered, but you may also bring your own blankets or pillows and wear comfy clothing to support your body. No prior experience with meditation is required. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. NIDRA offerings are 20 or 30 minute classes.

  • SOUND

    SOUND provides a space of nourishment infused with healing vibrations created by various instruments, including crystal bowls and chimes. In this class, students will simply lay down in a comfortable position and allow themselves to receive the sound bath. When we consider that most of our body is made of water, we can better understand the impact of healing vibrations on our internal systems. Frequencies created in this class will invite students to explore meditative states and experience deep rest. Room is set to 80° with no added humidity. Class is 20 minutes.
